Will this get my Facebook account banned?

We built it to be careful. It replies at a human pace with daily limits, spacing and active hours you control, and you can turn on review mode to check replies before they post. We recommend keeping the default limits. That said, no tool can guarantee Facebook won't restrict an account. Our Terms explain your responsibility for your account and for following Facebook's rules and each group's rules.

Do I need to keep my computer on?

Yes, for monitoring. The extension runs in Chrome on your computer, so it only watches your groups while that computer is on and Chrome is open. If Chrome restarts, monitoring picks up again on its own. Want it handled for you? Keep It Running ($99 one-time) is a done-for-you setup that keeps your computer awake and watching all day.

Do I need any other software?

No. Your lead inbox and phone app are set up for you as part of every plan. All you need is Chrome on a computer.

What happens when I hit my lead-check limit?

You'll get a heads-up at 80%. If you reach the limit, lead checks pause until the 1st of the month, or you can upgrade to Pro for more.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.

Does it work on my phone?

Partly. Monitoring the groups needs Chrome on a computer. Lead alerts and conversations work on your phone through the LeadConnector app.
