Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of AnyoneNear (the "Service"), a product of Hook'd IT Up, Heber City, Utah ("we," "us"). By signing up or using the Service, you ("you," the customer) agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them in plain English.
1. What the Service is
AnyoneNear is a Chrome extension and related tools that help you find people asking for your services in Facebook groups you choose, post replies on your behalf automatically (or after your review, if you turn on review mode), and follow up with leads through a lead inbox and Messenger assistant we set up for you. The extension runs in Chrome on your computer and only works while that computer is on and Chrome is open.

2. Subscription and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- We don't provide refunds for partial months unless required by law.
- Add-ons are billed separately and can be canceled on their own. One-time services (like website builds or setup) are billed as described when you order them.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the Service until it's resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply at your next billing period after the notice.
3. Usage limits
- Each plan includes a set number of Facebook groups and a monthly number of AI lead checks (the posts our AI reviews for buying intent). Current limits are shown on our pricing page.
- We'll let you know when you reach 80% of your monthly lead checks. If you reach your limit, lead checks pause until the 1st of the next month or until you upgrade.
- Add-ons with included usage (for example, texts or voice minutes) may bill overage as described for that add-on.
- Fair use: the Service is meant for one business's normal lead generation. We may limit or suspend use that is abusive, automated beyond the Service's intended design, or that puts our systems or other customers at risk.
- We may adjust plan limits with notice to you.
4. Your Facebook account and compliance
- You use your own Facebook account and Business Page with the Service. You are responsible for that account and everything posted from it.
- You are responsible for following Facebook's terms and policies and the rules of each group you monitor or post in.
- Replies post from your Facebook account automatically, based on the business details, offer and settings you provide. You are responsible for those replies, for the settings you choose, and for any edits you make. Review mode is available if you want to check replies before they post.
- The Service includes safety limits designed to keep activity at a human pace. We recommend using the default settings.
5. Account restrictions and our liability
Facebook can warn, limit, restrict, or disable accounts, Pages, or group memberships at any time and for reasons we don't control or know. No tool can guarantee that won't happen. We are not responsible for any restriction, suspension, loss of access, or loss of business related to your Facebook account, Page, or group memberships. This is especially true if you change safety settings from our recommended defaults, post content we didn't draft, or use the Service in ways that go against Facebook's rules or group rules.
6. Messaging consent (texts and calls)
- If you use SMS, voice, or other messaging features, you are responsible for having proper consent from each person you contact and for following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), carrier rules, and any other laws that apply.
- Business texting requires A2P 10DLC registration. Carrier fees are passed through to you.
- You must honor opt-out requests (like "STOP") and keep records of consent as required by law.
7. No guarantee of results
We can't promise any number of leads, replies, customers, jobs, or revenue. Results depend on your market, the groups you choose, how quickly you respond, and many things outside our control. AI can make mistakes, including flagging a post that isn't a real buyer or missing one that is.
8. Your data
How we collect, use, and protect information is covered in our Privacy Policy. Leads and contacts in your lead inbox are your business data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll give you notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
